Shipping

Shipping charges paid at order placement do not include import fees. Customer is responsible for payment of all import fees, duties, taxes, and any third-party handling fees. Import fees must be paid by customer to the carrier before final delivery of package. Import fees are typically based on the value of the merchandise purchased and vary for each Country. Merchandise values will be accurately reflected on the commercial invoice which is required for processing your international shipment. 

Refusal by customer to pay assessed fees will result in the return or abandonment of shipment. Packages will not be approved for return if return shipping costs exceed the value of the merchandise. Return shipping costs are often higher than those paid to have the order shipped. Any eligible refund will be forfeited for abandoned packages. Refunds on returned packages will be reduced by shipping costs and any other fees incurred.

Please familiarize yourself with your Country’s import fees structure and policies to avoid unexpected surprises at delivery.

DHL shipping: we have adjusted the store to only accommodate express shipping. This is determined by weight and by size of the package. We are able to ship worldwide, but if you are unsure of shipping, or if your location isnt available at checkout, please dont hesitate to contact us.

Shipping will take between 5 to 10 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Moonsong holds our products to the highest standard. Due to the custom nature of products, we can not perform any exchanges or refunds on any items bought in the store unless there is a strong case. 

​

Cancellation of orders: you may only cancel your order within 5 days of purchasing from the shop. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If the tail has already been sent to print, we are unable to refund your purchase.

Moonsong Magic can not be held liable for any damage the item has incurred on route to your destination.

​

If your package is lost in the postal system, please contact us immediately and we can discuss options. Moonsong Mermaid Tails reserves the right to refuse refunds on parcel lost due to negligence on either the postal service or the buyer not collecting their parcel in time.
